OUR THOUGHTS: A book ingrained in dark secrets, soul-sucking demons, a creepy town run by a lunatic church, yep, we're so in! It's quite interesting that the main character--Nina Kane--has an immortal soul but can't live out an immortal life thanks to the cray cray demons trying to get to it. And why would money matter in a town where demons are hunting for souls?? And what big no no did Mellie commit that would have the church hunting for her?? And is the church involved somehow in how the demons got through to take people's souls?? We've already decided we really like Finn! I mean he has green eyes, he helps out girls in distress, and he kicks some demon butt, what's not to like already? ;) Not sure where this cray cray plot line will go but we're definitely looking forward to discovering it when the book comes out!
